Stories of Lamole: territory and people, a life in symbiosis
Lamole di Lamole has always told its story through the people who live and protect it: the custodians of Lamole.
Our winery thus wanted to highlight a quiet and slow lifestyle that blends with the rhythms of the area, with a video project published on the winery’s social channels.
The goal of these videos is to tell the relationship of continuous exchange and understanding between people and their territory, living rhythms of life that enhance the simplicity of small things. A video-editorial project to give a face and a story to the people who live and work in Lamole.
The most immediate way to allow even those who do not live in Lamole to savor the taste of an authentic life is through the voice and images of those who live and inhabit it.
“Stories of Lamole”, this is the name of the project, enhances the more human side of Lamole, the simplicity of small gestures, and the relationship of care and respect with the territory.
6 protagonists, each of whom knows how to excite with their own story.
Here’s who they are:
Patrizia, who works in hospitality in Lamole di Lamole. She arrived in Lamole by chance for work, she decided to stop and live in this village where she also found love. Her smile welcomes our guests every day.
Sandro, the farmer from Lamole di Lamole, has been working in our vineyards since 1978. His wisdom is that of a life spent cultivating vines and protecting this territory.
Lorenzo, an international artist who after traveling the world chose to create his studio in Lamole and live there.
Marta, owner of the Ristoro di Lamole, the only restaurant in the village and certainly one of the most loved by those who visit the Chianti Classico.
Mattia, young grower of Giaggiolo, the Florentine Iris. This crop was once very widespread here, and he wanted to continue this tradition so as not to forget it.
Giacomo, cellar master of Lamole di Lamole and one of the few young people born and raised in the village. His story is a sincere mirror of life in Lamole seen through the eyes of a boy.
